Would you like to sell your property?

As a German-speaking real estate broker (certified by IHK, Germany) based in Crans-Montana, we have known the Haut-Plateau for decades. We take 100% care of the smooth, speedy sale of your property – exclusively for you. This is how we proceed:

    Preparation
    We arrange a free viewing appointment with you to get a first impression of your property. Together we will determine the best sales strategy.

    Price determination
    We assemble relevant information about your property, analyse it and determine an appropriate sales price or market value. Your documents are also an important basis for this.

    Marketing
    We develop a customised marketing package for your property, provide recommendations for an optimal presentation, create the complete sales dossier with photos, relevant documents and descriptions. We then take care of the publication and advertising of your property. We handle all enquiries from interested parties and organise viewings.

    Completion and notarisation
    Once a buyer has been found, we will assist you with drawing up the purchase contract and the notarisation appointment, and handle the entire handover of the property to the buyer for you. Of course, we remain your main contact after the sale.

How much is my property worth? Many property owners ask themselves this question. Numerous factors play a role in a solid valuation that cannot be determined solely by software or even in a “drive-by”. As a responsible real estate broker, we will visit your property, inspect the relevant documents – and only then give you an appropriate sales price. We distinguish between a free initial appraisal (usually when you intend to sell) and a more comprehensive valuation (e.g. in the event of a planned sale, inheritance, divorce, etc.).

With home staging, we can optimally support the sale of your property.

Home staging refers to a bundle of techniques that present a property in the best light to emphasise its “best sides”.

We give rooms a face, create structure and atmosphere. After all, prospective buyers need a clear view and “furnished” rooms in order to visualise their new home. With an eye for the essentials, for light and colour, we help to create (living) harmony. As trained and certified home stagers/real estate stylists, we know what is important when presenting a property.

Important: A professional home stager will neither recommend that you renovate the entire property nor deliberately “hide” or cover up anything.

Yes, we offer viewings of our properties 7 days a week. So also at the weekends. The only requirement is that you make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. We usually clarify beforehand whether the property meets your criteria. We look forward to hearing from you.

Unfortunately not. We specialise exclusively in the sale of flats, studios, chalets and plots of land.
