Good to know: Brokerage fee

In Switzerland, it is generally the seller who pays the respective brokerage fee/commission. Exceptions are only permitted within narrow limits, and only in the case of “Nachweismakelei”.

Good to know: Choice of real estate broker

If you own a condominium and would like to sell your flat, you are completely free in the choice of your real estate agent. As a rule, you are not obliged to entrust your property to the property management company that looks after your building. Please contact us if you would like to sell your flat or chalet in Crans-Montana.

Good to know: Evaluation only afterwards …!

A good real estate agent will view your property, inspect the relevant documents – and only then give you a solidly calculated sales price. Many factors play a role in a serious valuation that cannot be determined solely by software or even in a “drive-by”.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to sell your flat or chalet in Crans-Montana. We will be happy to carry out a free initial valuation for the sale. Or prepare a more detailed (and chargeable) valuation report.

Good to know: What home staging is

“Home staging” is a bundle of techniques that present a property in the best light to emphasise its “best sides”. This “home staging” aims to increase the value of the property. Professional home stagers develop an individual colour concept, rearrange furniture (or partially furnish the property). In this way, they ensure that the property is presented in the best possible way. In some cases, it may be advisable to give a property a fresh coat of paint. However, a professional home stager will not recommend that you renovate the entire property, nor will they deliberately “hide” or cover up anything.

We are trained and certified home stagers (DGHR, Wiesbaden) and would be happy to present our services and examples of our staged properties to you in person.
