I am Christiane Nanni Hanstein – founder & owner of CH. HANSTEIN Immobilier Sàrl and a passionate real estate broker.

Today, I use my expertise and experience from many years of self-employment with one goal in mind: To sell your property in Crans-Montana for you with customised sales measures at an attractive selling price.

  • Active in the property sector for over 12 years (renovations, refurbishments, buying, selling, renting, interior design, home consultancy and home staging).

  • Training and diploma as a real estate agent IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Wiesbaden, Germany)

  • 20+ years of consulting experience in the PR industry: marketing, press relations, corporate communications. M.A. Business Administration and Romance Studies, Freiburg i.Br.

  • Training and certified qualification as a Home Staging Professional at the DGHR (Wiesbaden).

  • Training and certification in interior design (SGD, Stuttgart).

  • Training and certification as a colour and style consultant (SGD, Stuttgart).

  • Member of Chambre Immobilière Valais (CIV) and ARCID (Chambre suisse des diplômés de l´immobilier).

  • Languages: Native German, French, English, Italian and Spanish.
